1. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order through Song2U™, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Song2U™ is a service operated by Long Shadow Songs.
2. Description of Service
Song2U™ creates a completely original song (lyrics, vocals, and music) built from the information you provide about a recipient. Each song is AI-generated and delivered as a digital MP3 file. Song2U™ is a guided experience designed to capture personal stories and turn them into a one-of-a-kind song.
3. Order Process
You provide details about the recipient through a conversation with Bert, your AI song guide. Bert asks questions and gathers the information needed to create your song. Once the conversation is complete and the song generation process begins, the order is considered final and cannot be edited or restarted.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is required at the time of order. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD. Payment must be made by an adult (18+) cardholder.
5. Delivery
Songs are delivered fast, typically within minutes after completing your Bert conversation. Delivery times may vary based on system availability or order volume. You will receive your completed song via email as a downloadable MP3 file.
6. No Revisions Policy
No revisions are available once the song generation process begins. The quality and personalization of your song depend on the details you provide during your conversation with Bert.
7. Refund Policy
Full refunds are available if you cancel before song generation begins. Once song generation has started, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue receiving your song, contact us and we will ensure delivery or provide a resolution. Contact: [email protected].
8. Intellectual Property
Upon delivery and full payment, you are granted a personal, non-commercial license to use your custom song, including gifting, sharing, and personal use. Long Shadow Songs, operator of Song2U™, retains all underlying rights to the technology, structure, and production process used to create the song.
9. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and appropriate information during the order process. You may not use the service to create content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, or violates the rights of others.
10. Content Guidelines
You are responsible for the content you provide during your conversation with Bert. Song2U™ reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders that include inappropriate, harmful, or prohibited content.
11. Service Availability
Song2U™ is provided on a best-effort basis. While most songs are delivered within minutes, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
12. Limitation of Liability
Song2U™ is provided on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for your order.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of Song2U™ indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
